1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the GLC App ("App"), a digital platform owned, operated, and maintained by Global Language Translation, Inc., doing business as Global Language Center ("GLC," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal place of business located at:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GLC governing your access to and use of the App, including all content, features, functionality, self-assessment tools, educational resources, forms, communications, software, websites, mobile applications, services, and related offerings made available through the GLC App.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

By downloading, installing, accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, guests, registrants, students, prospective students, instructors, business representatives, government personnel, corporate personnel, and any other individuals who access or use the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"App"

Means the GLC mobile application, website, software platform, self-assessment tools, databases, content, educational materials, communication systems, forms, and associated services.

"Assessment"

Means any language proficiency self-assessment, placement questionnaire, language evaluation tool, automated scoring mechanism, proficiency estimation system, or related feature available through the App.

"Content"

Means all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, assessments, questions, methodologies, reports, interfaces, educational materials, images, videos, audio, databases, and other information provided through the App.

"User"

Means any person who accesses, browses, downloads, registers for, interacts with, or otherwise uses the App.

"Account"

Means a registered user profile created within the App.

"Services"

Means all products, features, tools, assessments, educational resources, communications, enrollment opportunities, and other functionality offered through the App.

"Formal Assessment"

Means a professionally administered language proficiency evaluation conducted by qualified GLC personnel outside the automated self-assessment functionality available through the App.

"Course Placement"

Means any recommendation regarding educational level, language training level, or instructional pathway generated through the App.

3. PURPOSE OF THE APP

The GLC App is designed as an educational and informational platform intended to promote language learning awareness and facilitate connections between prospective learners and Global Language Center.

The App may provide:

• Language self-assessment tools;
• Language proficiency estimations;
• Course placement recommendations;
• Language awareness resources;
• Educational information;
• Enrollment inquiry forms;
• Requests for formal language assessments;
• Communication tools;
• Information about GLC services;
• Progress monitoring functionality;
• User profile management.

The App is intended primarily as a preliminary educational resource and introductory engagement platform.

The App does not provide professional certification services, governmental language accreditation, immigration evaluations, employment qualification assessments, legal opinions, academic degrees, or official language credentials.

Any information generated through the App is intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

4. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE DISCLAIMER

The Services provided through the App are educational in nature.

Nothing within the App shall be construed as:

• Professional educational advice;
• Legal advice;
• Employment advice;
• Immigration advice;
• Government certification;
• Academic accreditation;
• Professional credentialing;
• Official testing services;
• Licensing services.

Users should independently verify any information obtained through the App before making significant educational, professional, employment, immigration, legal, business, governmental, or financial decisions.

GLC expressly disclaims responsibility for any decision made by a user or third party based upon information generated through the App.

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To access or use the App, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Individuals under eighteen years of age are prohibited from creating accounts, submitting personal information, or using the Services.

5.2 Legal Capacity

You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

While many App features may be accessed without registration, certain features may require the creation of an Account.

Users may create an Account to:

• Resume incomplete assessments;
• Track assessment history;
• Store language preferences;
• Access enhanced functionality;
• Receive updates from GLC.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

GLC reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any registration that contains false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or inaccurate information.

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep passwords confidential;
• Prevent unauthorized access;
• Use reasonable security measures;
• Immediately notify GLC of suspected unauthorized activity;
• Log out after using shared devices.

GLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, expense, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You remain responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.

8. SELF-ASSESSMENT SERVICES

The App includes automated language proficiency self-assessment tools designed to assist users in understanding their estimated language proficiency levels.

Assessments may evaluate:

• Reading skills;
• Listening skills;
• Speaking-related competencies;
• Writing-related competencies;
• Functional communication abilities;
• Language usage in practical scenarios;
• General language proficiency indicators.

Assessment outcomes are generated through automated systems based exclusively upon responses submitted by users.

No human review occurs during the standard self-assessment process unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users acknowledge and agree that automated systems have inherent limitations and may not accurately measure all aspects of language proficiency.

Assessment outcomes may vary based upon:

• User interpretation of questions;
• User honesty;
• User self-awareness;
• Language complexity;
• Technological limitations;
• Algorithmic assumptions;
• Changes in assessment methodology.

Accordingly, users acknowledge that assessment results are estimates only.

9. LIMITATIONS OF SELF-ASSESSMENT RESULTS

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

The self-assessment tools provided through the App are not professional language examinations.

The results generated through the App:

• Are indicative only;
• Are educational estimates;
• Are not professional evaluations;
• Are not expert opinions;
• Are not accredited certifications;
• Are not legally recognized credentials;
• Are not employment qualifications;
• Are not immigration qualifications;
• Are not academic qualifications;
• Are not governmental certifications.

No representation or warranty is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, validity, or suitability of any assessment result.

Users should not rely solely upon App-generated results when making significant educational, professional, employment, immigration, legal, or governmental decisions.

Where a formal evaluation is required, users should obtain a professionally administered language proficiency assessment from qualified personnel.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The GLC App is intended to provide a safe, secure, professional, and educational environment for users seeking language proficiency awareness, educational information, language learning opportunities, and related services.

As a condition of using the App, you agree to use the Services responsibly, ethically, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms.

You further agree that you shall not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, damages, compromises, or otherwise negatively affects the operation, security, integrity, reputation, or availability of the App.

GLC reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the App and may take any action it deems necessary to protect its systems, users, intellectual property, and business interests.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, you agree that you shall not:

11.1 Identity Misrepresentation

You shall not:

• Impersonate another individual;
• Create accounts using false identities;
• Use another person's name or personal information without authorization;
• Represent yourself as a GLC employee, instructor, assessor, contractor, partner, or representative;
• Misrepresent your qualifications, affiliations, credentials, or language abilities.

11.2 Assessment Manipulation

You shall not:

• Complete assessments on behalf of another person;
• Allow another person to complete assessments for you;
• Submit false or misleading responses;
• Attempt to manipulate assessment outcomes;
• Circumvent assessment procedures;
• Interfere with scoring mechanisms;
• Alter or falsify assessment results.

Any attempt to manipulate assessment outcomes may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

11.3 Unauthorized System Access

You shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the App;
• Access systems, databases, networks, or servers without authorization;
• Use another user's account;
• Circumvent authentication systems;
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities;
• Exploit security weaknesses.

11.4 Malicious Activities

You shall not introduce:

• Viruses;
• Malware;
• Spyware;
• Trojan horses;
• Ransomware;
• Harmful scripts;
• Malicious code;
• Automated attacks.

You may not engage in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the App.

11.5 Automated Access

Unless expressly authorized by GLC in writing, users may not:

• Use bots;
• Deploy automated scripts;
• Scrape content;
• Harvest data;
• Use crawlers;
• Use robots;
• Engage in automated account creation.

GLC reserves the right to block automated access at its sole discretion.

11.6 Unlawful Activities

You shall not use the App for:

• Fraudulent activities;
• Criminal conduct;
• Harassment;
• Defamation;
• Discrimination;
• Hate speech;
• Intellectual property infringement;
• Privacy violations;
• Activities prohibited by law.

12. ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY

The GLC App is intended to promote genuine educational development and language proficiency awareness.

Users are expected to engage honestly with all assessment tools and educational resources.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent assessment results to employers;
• Misrepresent assessment results to government agencies;
• Misrepresent assessment results to educational institutions;
• Present App-generated results as official certifications;
• Use App-generated results to falsely claim language proficiency.

Any misuse of assessment outcomes may result in suspension, termination, and where appropriate, notification to affected parties.

13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Certain portions of the App may permit users to submit information, inquiries, feedback, comments, requests, messages, profile information, or other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant GLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

• Store;
• Process;
• Reproduce;
• Display;
• Analyze;
• Modify;
• Use;

such content solely for purposes related to operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all necessary rights to the User Content;
• The content is accurate;
• The content does not violate any laws;
• The content does not infringe third-party rights.

14. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

Users may voluntarily provide:

• Suggestions;
• Feature requests;
• Recommendations;
• Feedback;
• Comments;
• Improvement ideas.

By submitting feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:

• GLC may use the feedback without restriction;
• GLC is not obligated to implement suggestions;
• No compensation shall be owed;
• Feedback becomes part of GLC's business improvement process.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws, including:

• Copyright laws;
• Trademark laws;
• Trade secret laws;
• Patent laws;
• International intellectual property treaties.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by GLC.

Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to users.

16. OWNERSHIP OF APP CONTENT

The following are the exclusive property of GLC or its licensors:

• Assessment questions;
• Scoring systems;
• Databases;
• Educational frameworks;
• Language placement methodologies;
• Software code;
• Algorithms;
• User interfaces;
• Designs;
• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Graphics;
• Images;
• Videos;
• Documents;
• Educational materials.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

17. LIMITED LICENSE

Subject to compliance with these Terms, GLC grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Download the App;
• Access the Services;
• Use the Services for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

No other rights are granted.

18. RESTRICTIONS ON LICENSE

Users may not:

• Copy the App;
• Modify the App;
• Reverse engineer the App;
• Decompile the App;
• Create derivative works;
• Sell access to the App;
• Resell assessment results;
• Distribute App content;
• Commercialize any portion of the Services.

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the license granted under these Terms.

19. TRADEMARKS

"Global Language Center," "GLC," associated logos, branding elements, graphics, service marks, trade dress, and trademarks are owned by GLC.

No right or license is granted to use any trademark without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may violate trademark laws and subject violators to legal action.

20. COPYRIGHT POLICY

GLC respects intellectual property rights.

Users may not upload, distribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise make available copyrighted materials without authorization from the copyright owner.

GLC reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

21. COMMUNICATIONS WITH GLC

By using the App and providing contact information, you consent to receive communications from GLC including:

• Service notifications;
• Account notifications;
• Assessment-related communications;
• Enrollment communications;
• Security notices;
• Customer support responses;
• Administrative messages.

Communications may be delivered through:

• Email;
• Mobile notifications;
• SMS messages;
• In-App messaging;
• Telephone calls.

Where required by law, marketing communications will be provided only with appropriate consent.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may integrate with third-party technologies, platforms, infrastructure providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, and related service providers.

Such third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

GLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, content, security practices, or availability of third-party services.

Users access third-party services at their own risk.

23. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The App may contain links to external websites.

GLC does not endorse or control external websites and assumes no responsibility for:

• Accuracy;
• Security;
• Privacy practices;
• Availability;
• Content;
• Services.

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website they visit.

24. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

GLC does not guarantee that the App will be:

• Available at all times;
• Error-free;
• Uninterrupted;
• Secure;
• Free from defects.

The App may experience:

• Maintenance periods;
• Network interruptions;
• Hardware failures;
• Software failures;
• Cybersecurity incidents;
• Force majeure events.

Users acknowledge that occasional interruptions are inherent in online services.

25. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

GLC reserves the unrestricted right to:

• Remove features;
• Modify assessments;
• Update methodologies;
• Change content;
• Alter functionality;
• Suspend services;
• Discontinue services.

Such changes may occur without prior notice.

GLC shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

26. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

GLC makes no guarantee regarding:

• Educational outcomes;
• Employment opportunities;
• Academic success;
• Language acquisition;
• Government approvals;
• Immigration approvals;
• Professional advancement.

Individual outcomes depend upon numerous factors beyond GLC's control.

Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based upon information provided through the App.

27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.

GLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY;
• RELIABILITY;
• SECURITY;
• AVAILABILITY.

GLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE APP WILL MEET USER EXPECTATIONS;
• RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE;
• RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE;
• ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED;
• SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES;
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
• SPECIAL DAMAGES;
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• LOSS OF BUSINESS;
• REPUTATIONAL HARM;
• LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY;
• EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS;
• IMMIGRATION DECISIONS;
• EDUCATIONAL DECISIONS;
• GOVERNMENTAL DECISIONS.

WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO GLC IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF GLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

29. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global Language Translation, Inc., doing business as Global Language Center ("GLC"), together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, consultants, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "GLC Parties"), from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, investigations, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal expenses, arising out of or relating to:

29.1 Your Use of the App

Your access to or use of the App, Services, assessments, content, or related functionality.

29.2 Violation of These Terms

Any breach or violation of these Terms, policies, guidelines, or applicable laws.

29.3 User Content

Any information, content, communication, or materials submitted by you through the App.

29.4 Misrepresentation

Your provision of inaccurate, false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

29.5 Intellectual Property Violations

Your infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or proprietary rights of any third party.

29.6 Unlawful Conduct

Your violation of any applicable local, state, federal, national, or international law, regulation, or governmental requirement.

GLC reserves the right, at its sole expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with such defense.

30. FORCE MAJEURE

GLC shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, degradation, suspension, or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Earthquakes;
• Floods;
• Hurricanes;
• Fires;
• Epidemics;
• Pandemics;
• Public health emergencies;
• Acts of God;
• Government actions;
• Regulatory changes;
• Civil unrest;
• Labor disputes;
• Strikes;
• Terrorist acts;
• Armed conflicts;
• Cyberattacks;
• Internet outages;
• Telecommunications failures;
• Utility interruptions;
• Power outages;
• Hosting provider failures;
• Cloud infrastructure disruptions;
• Supply chain disruptions.

GLC's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such events.

31. RIGHT TO MONITOR

To protect the security, integrity, reliability, and lawful operation of the App, GLC reserves the right to monitor, review, investigate, and analyze activity occurring within the App.

Such monitoring may include:

• Login activity;
• Account activity;
• Assessment activity;
• System usage patterns;
• Security-related events;
• Fraud detection measures;
• Technical diagnostics.

Nothing in this section obligates GLC to actively monitor all user activity.

32. INVESTIGATIONS

GLC reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms.

During an investigation, GLC may:

• Restrict account access;
• Suspend services;
• Preserve records;
• Review communications;
• Cooperate with authorities;
• Take legal action;
• Remove content.

Users agree to cooperate with any reasonable investigation conducted by GLC.

33. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

GLC may immediately suspend access to all or part of the App without prior notice if:

• User conduct creates security risks;
• User conduct violates these Terms;
• Fraud is suspected;
• Unauthorized activity is detected;
• The App's integrity is threatened;
• Legal compliance requires suspension.

Suspension may be temporary or permanent at GLC's sole discretion.

34. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS

GLC reserves the right to terminate accounts or discontinue access to Services at any time and for any reason permitted by law.

Grounds for termination may include:

34.1 Violation of Terms

Violation of any provision of these Terms.

34.2 Fraudulent Conduct

Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.

34.3 Misuse of Assessments

Improper use of assessment tools or results.

34.4 Security Risks

Activities posing risks to the App, users, or systems.

34.5 Legal Requirements

Compliance with legal obligations, court orders, governmental directives, or regulatory requirements.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

35. EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Upon termination:

• Access rights immediately cease;
• Licenses granted under these Terms terminate;
• User access may be disabled;
• Stored information may become inaccessible;
• Certain records may be retained where legally required.

Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.

36. SURVIVAL

The following provisions shall survive termination, expiration, suspension, or discontinuation of Services:

• Intellectual Property Rights;
• Disclaimers;
• Limitation of Liability;
• Indemnification;
• Governing Law;
• Arbitration;
• Class Action Waiver;
• Dispute Resolution;
• Confidentiality;
• General Legal Provisions.

Any provision that by its nature should survive termination shall remain enforceable.

37. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

• The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia; and
• Applicable federal laws of the United States of America,

without regard to conflict of law principles.

Users expressly agree that Virginia law shall govern these Terms regardless of the user's location.

38. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

GLC seeks to resolve disputes efficiently, fairly, and cost-effectively.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiations.

Users must submit a written notice describing:

• The nature of the dispute;
• Relevant facts;
• Supporting documentation;
• Proposed resolution.

Both parties shall attempt good-faith negotiations for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.

39. BINDING ARBITRATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to:

• The App;
• The Services;
• Assessments;
• User accounts;
• These Terms;

shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall:

• Be conducted in English;
• Be confidential;
• Be administered by a recognized arbitration organization;
• Take place in the Commonwealth of Virginia unless otherwise required by law.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes concerning the interpretation, enforceability, applicability, or formation of these Terms.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

40. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH ARBITRATION OR OTHER AUTHORIZED DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES.

41. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USERS AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

USERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO:

• Participate in class actions;
• Participate in collective actions;
• Participate in representative proceedings;
• Act as a private attorney general;
• Consolidate claims with others.

NO ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER PROCEEDING WITHOUT GLC'S EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT.

42. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The App may be accessed from countries outside the United States.

Users accessing the App from foreign jurisdictions acknowledge and agree that:

• They do so voluntarily;
• They are responsible for complying with local laws;
• GLC makes no representation regarding legal compliance outside the United States.

Accessing the App from territories where its use would be unlawful is prohibited.

43. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Users agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws of the United States and other relevant jurisdictions.

Users may not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make available the App in violation of such laws.

44. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the App, users consent to receive communications electronically.

Electronic communications may include:

• Notices;
• Agreements;
• Policies;
• Updates;
• Disclosures;
• Confirmations;
• Security alerts.

Users agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

45. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

Users acknowledge that electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.

Users agree that such electronic signatures carry the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures.

46. ASSIGNMENT

Users may not assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under these Terms without GLC's prior written consent.

GLC may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

Any prohibited assignment shall be null and void.

47. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void, such provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall remain fully valid, enforceable, and effective.

48. NO WAIVER

Failure by GLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GLC.

No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any future breach.

49. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies, notices, disclosures, guidelines, or supplemental agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the App and Services.

They supersede all prior communications, negotiations, understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

50. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

GLC reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms may be posted within the App, on associated websites, or through other reasonable means.

Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms.
